TERMS & CONDITIONS

A pre-order reserves your item from a limited production run. Your order is confirmed by email with a unique order reference and is only processed after payment is received.

All prices are in euro and include VAT. We accept Payconiq and bank transfer. Always include your order reference exactly as shown as the payment description.

Payment must be received within 2 days of placing an order. Orders that remain unpaid may be cancelled without notice. Delivery estimates of 15-21 business days begin once payment has been successfully received.

Estimated delivery dates are indicative. Delays in production or carrier handling do not entitle the customer to compensation, but you may cancel an unshipped pre-order for a full refund.

Unshipped orders may be cancelled for a full refund. Orders that have entered production or have been shipped can no longer be cancelled.

All products are released in limited quantities. PASSION ANTWERP reserves the right to discontinue products without prior notice.

Belgian law applies. Disputes fall under the courts of Antwerp, Belgium.
